Melanie will be overseeing the registration process, daily and long term administrative roles of the front desk and assisting parents, students and faculty as needed.   Melanie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Master in Business Administration.  Prior to accepting this position, she served as the Coordinator of Administration at The Council of Southeast PA, another local nonprofit organization.  Melanie brings experience and a proven track record of success in administration and customer service as well as being involved in marketing, donor development and event management initiatives, all of which will be invaluable to meeting the goals of The Conservatory.
