2020 PRACTICE-A-THON Fundraiser!

Documentation and Donations Due 2/24/20

This annual fundraiser asks students to help raise money by doing what they already do best - PRACTICE!  Each student can help The Conservatory by setting a personal goal of practicing at least 15 minutes a day!  The Conservatory has a robust, thriving music program, but we have the need to support the following community outreach programs:

  • Music Therapy:  provides on-site and off-site monthly music thearpies for over 2,000 children and adults with disabilites and special needs
  • Students on Tour:  provides monthly concerts to local senior living centers and dementia/Alzhemier's units.  Music has the proven ability to bring cheer, evoke memories of the past, and provid comfort.  This program teaches kids to give back to thier community, builds leadership skills, and provides hands on performance experience
  • Kindred Arts:  program connects 100 local at-risk youth with free afterschool and summer camp programs in  music, theatre, and art instruction.
  • Tuition Assistance Grants:  enables families experiencing economic hardship to particiapte in music education

The Conservatory is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization.  Our mission  mission is to inspire growth and confidence in individuals regardless of age, ability or economic circumstances, so that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their fullest potential and experience enriched, fulfilled lives.

Over time, we envision to be the premier school of music education, performance and therapy in Southeast Pennsylvania.

We would like to give a big shout out, and many sincere thanks, to all the music teachers, students and musicians who are supporting the Practice-A-Thon by signing up, spreading the word, committing to practice diligently, and collecting donations.  Your support means the world to all of us at The Conservatory, and we want you to know how grateful we are!
