Dear Parents and Students – All of us at The Conservatory hope that you are finding ways to keep your minds and bodies healthy through this unique moment in our collective history. While the days continue to move forward, music can keep us focused, inspired and creative. While I was hopeful that we would be able to meet in the building come July, our priority of keeping our community safe and healthy must take precedence. Therefore, the Conservatory will continue to provide virtual lessons and programs throughout the summer, July 6th – August 15th. More information about our virtual camps will be released soon. As June quickly approaches, we are preparing for the end of our school year and for our annual Advance Registration process. If you received a reminder email that your plan ends May 21st, this is notifying you that your final monthly payment plan will be processed on May 20th. All students still have lessons till Saturday, June 13th followed by makeup lessons scheduled the weeks of June 15th and 22nd. Please be sure to check your Pike13 account for this schedule. Our Advance Registration process will take place between June 6th – June 20th. This is the time of year when current students have the opportunity to register for their same day, time, and teacher or to request a change for the 2020-2021 school year. Due to COVID19 we have made a small change to the process:
The only payment due in June this year will be the registration fee. $25 for the 1st and 2nd enrollments, 3+ has no fee.
Full tuition payments for the school year will be processed on July 1st and enrollments will receive a 5% discount.
Families who select a monthly payment plan will have 10 payments for the school year, September – June.
Tuition will be processed on the 1st of each month instead of the 20th. A valid credit card is required. Families will no longer make advance payments in June, July, or August.
Monthly payments will be based on a flat monthly fee.
School year tuition fees have not changed.
We are grateful to all of our families and students who continue to make music a part of their day. We miss you and cannot wait to see you all back at the building in the fall. Sincerely, Rachael Gallagher Executive Director
